音声認識インテント

AndroidSDKには、簡単に音声で入力が可能で、
日本語にも対応したAPIがあります。

2つのパブリックなメソッドと1つのラッパーメソッドで構成されている。

onCreate()時にインストールされているか確認

    public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
